This micro chuck has 4 jaws, 3.2mm (1/8") shank with a chucking capacity to take micro drill bits up to 1mm (number drill sizes from #80 - #60).  

With it's 3.2mm shank it can then be easily used in the small chuck of a dremel type power tool.
