Revolving pin vice

Tool holder comes with two collets for holding round shank tools and drill bits from .4mm to 2.4mm (1/64" to 3/32") in diameter. Fingertip control is achieved by placing ball in palm of hand and using finger tip to guide and turn chuck. Ideal in situations where an electric or hand held drill are impossible to use due to size. For drills, taps and reamers.
