When you give us any information such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address etc. that information will only be used by Hobby Tools Australia. We do not sell or make this information available to any one else.

Ordering 
A user friendly shopping cart for all your ordering. This method accepts all payment types including credit card, direct debit, cheque and money order. We also have a Manual Order Form that can be printed out. If you would prefer to order this way just print out the Manual Order Form and view the postage charges below to work out the correct rate. You can contact our sales office to place an order over the phone but internet ordering is the fastest way to order.

Security
When you buy a product from Hobby Tools Australia you are transacting using Ezimerchant - The secure shopping cart system.  Ezimerchant incorporates industry standard SSL 3.0 data encryption at 128 bit using the internationally trusted company Comodo.

Payment Options

We use the secure services of eWAY - Payment Gateway Services for all our credit card transactions from the site. They in turn connect with Westpac to finalise the transaction. The secure server that performs the processing of the payment is protected by the latest in hardware firewall technology. This ensures your private information is kept private throughout the payment process. Your credit card number is not even available to us - we only receive the address details, the order number and the amount you have paid.

Where do I enter my promotional code?
When you're a subscriber to our website we issue Codes for discount offers. Once you have placed your order, proceed to the checkout.  After entering your address, on the payment page, there's a space for you to enter a discount or promotional code.  (Subscribe to offers)

Delivery charges and information
Dispatching customer orders on time and efficiently is important here at Hobby Tools Australia. We notify you as soon as orders are dispatched. We use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for all Domestic shipments. And Australia Post for all International shipments. All charges are at delivery and packaging cost. The shopping cart calculates the freight charges once you have completed your order and proceeded to the checkout. We will need a street address if we use Fastway couriers for your order.

International Orders:
With all international orders we will need to quote you, we will send a second email to with the freight charges for your approval. All overseas freight is sent with Australia Post.

Pricing
All prices on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars. Our prices are correct at the time we upload them and are subject to change without notice. There are two price options available to you. Domestic Prices:- (these include GST) for items being sent to an Australian address. International Prices:- (these are exempt of GST) for items being sent to an address outside Australia.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it in it's original unused condition to us within 14 days. A 15% restocking fee will apply and you will need to pay for all freight costs.

Gift Vouchers
Please contact us if you require a gift voucher for yourself or as a gift for someone.
