Ordering 
A user friendly shopping cart for all your ordering. This method accepts all payment types including credit card, direct debit, cheque and money order. We now also have a Manual Order Form that can be printed out. If you would prefer to order this way just print out the Manual Order Form and view the postage charges below to work out the correct rate.

When you buy a product from Hobby Tools Australia you are transacting using Ezimerchant - The secure shopping cart system.  Ezimerchant incorporates industry standard SSL 3.0 data encryption at 128 bit using the internationally trusted company Comodo.

Payment Options

You can pay using MasterCard or Visa, Direct Debit, PayPal, Money Order and Cheques. Money Orders and Cheques must be made out in Australian dollars and drawn against an Australian Bank. These will have to clear our account before goods are sent.

We use the secure services of eWAY - Payment Gateway Services for all our credit card transactions from the site. They in turn connect with Westpac to finalise the transaction. The secure server that performs the processing of the payment is protected by the latest in hardware firewall technology. This ensures your private information is kept private throughout the payment process.

Where do I enter my promotional code?
When you're a subscriber to our website we issue Codes for discount offers. Once you've selected all the items you'd like, proceed to the checkout.  After entering your address, on the payment page, there's a space for you to enter a discount or promotional code.  (Subscribe to offers)

Delivery charges and information
Dispatching customer orders on time and efficiently is important here at Hobby Tools Australia. We notify you as soon as orders are dispatched. We use Australia Post for most Domestic and International shipments. All charges are at delivery and packaging cost. The shopping cart calculates the freight charges once you have completed your order and proceeded to the checkout.

Delivery charges will automatically be added to all Domestic orders under $400.00 - orders more than $400.00 will have delivery charges quoted with a second email.

** Please Note: On bulky or very large boxed orders there could be a freight surcharge. (This will also depend on which state its going to as well) - We will notify you of this when it happens.**

With all international orders there is a minimum freight charge of $10.00, we will send a second email to you if there is any further freight charges that you will need to pay. All overseas freight is sent with Australia Post.

All orders are sent within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. This will allow for any unusual delays which may occur and most orders are sent within 24 hours of receipt. The only exception to this is when a stock line has run out. We try to maintain a 95% stock holding at all times.

Please note all small orders are sent economy to keep the freight charges as low as possible, these parcels cannot be tracked and are sent at customers own risk. If you would like express postage please specify this and a surcharge will have to be paid for.

Pricing
All prices on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars. Our prices are correct at the time we upload them and are subject to change without notice. There are two price options available to you. Domestic Prices:- (these include GST) for items being sent to an Australian address. International Prices:- (these are exempt of GST) for items being sent to an address outside Australia.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it in it's original unused condition to us within 14 days. We offer a full refund for the item but you will need to pay for all freight costs.

Gift Vouchers
Please contact us if you require a gift voucher for yourself or as a gift for someone.
