Fixed-Blade H/D Knife Handle for woodwork, crafts and model making and the cutting edge requirements of the handy person and D.I.Y. enthusiast. The handle can be opened by hand for blade changing. It has the added safety advantage of a hand retractable blade mechanism. 

• This kit includes the 4302 fixed handle and is also supplied with 50 - 4213 Craft Blades
