This compact tool quickly cuts perfect circles from 12mm up to 300mm in diameter! Works on paper, cloth, film and very thin plastic.

Easy to read scale is printed on side in centimetres. Easy to follow instructions are printed on the package.

Includes a safety cover to keep the blade and pivot pin safely shielded when not in use. The back of the tool features a built-in storage compartment for extra pins, five spare blades, and a paper protector pad (which prevents the pivot pin from leaving a hole in the centre of your work).
