Using Olfa PCS panel line scorer for thins steel p
By: Dennis on 22 August 2012This tool was recommended to me for cutting photopolymer plates which have a plastic film on top of a thin steel plate. The tool is nicely made and well designed. I liked that the blade extends and locks and the storage for extra blades in the handle. A little bit more of a struggle to use than I expected but then this was a new tool for me. Even with all my bumbling, when the plate did break on the scoreline it was a very clean cut. Haven't found a better way to cut these plates and it's a lot safer than a Stanley knife (which was the other way suggested to me)
