12v (5A) MAINS ADAPTOR (NG-5/E)

This is a 12V, 5A power supply for low-voltage Proxxon tools.

With a variable speed control and safety thermal overload trip, this supply has onboard sockets for up to three 12V Proxxon tools, and a separate output available through banana sockets.

The supply has an overtemperature shut down, and can be power cycled to reset it after it has cooled. A red LED indicates when it's ready for use, and a master switch on the front panel turns off the internal transformer.

Features include a folding tool rest on the side, and sizeable top rack for holding 2.35mm and 3mm shank bits and cutters.

Power consumption of Proxxon portable machine tools is measured according to the internationally accepted ICE-745-1 specification. All Proxxon mains adapters are suitably rated for the recommended tools. The example tool shown in the tool rest is not included. Separately order any of our 12-volt drill/grinders, jigsaws, screwdrivers, etc.
