The Quick Release body is a connector that is screwed into the end of your air hose (this fits all 1/8" standard hose fittings) and by simply sliding the spring-loaded sleeve back, the airbrush can be disconnected easily.

By adding a Quick Disconnect (QD) Plug adapter to your airbrush, it enables you to switch quickly to different airbrushes by plugging them in.
