Sheet Metal Bender - Pan Brake Style (Vise Brake) 100mm

This unit sits in the jaws of your bench vise (100mm+ recommended). It retains itself in the vise with strong recessed magnets. One half consists of the familiar blade that bends the sheet metal. The other half in the 90 degree recess that the blade pushes into. By carefully positioning the sheet, you can perform a perfect 90 degree bend as good as a workshop! The blade is segmented, just like a workshop pan brake, so that you can make partial bends.

With a little practice, you will be able to fabricate brackets, small boxes & other metal assemblies like a pro.

Will fold sheet up to 100mm wide, however there are 3 x press segments: 2 x 50mm and 1 x 25mm and these are independently removable by Allen head set screws. Depending on the width of the material you could easily bend steel strips up to 4mm thick and 25mm wide. Aluminium should not be a problem up to 4mm thick & 100mm wide, depending on your vise.
