In the first installment of Steampunk FX® I mentioned that Dr. Phineas Waldorf Steel himself endorsed the stencils. Even though Dr. Steel has retired from the public eye, Steampunk FX® 2 has been designed with his legacy and commitment to Steampunk as an art form and cultural lifestyle. Personally speaking, I would not be surprised to see Dr. Steel return to the internet, but until that time comes, we have our goggles, soldering irons and Artool® stencils! It is defined as “...a Neo-Victorian, retro-technical, futuristic aesthetic.” In basic terms — it is the possibility of futuristic technology using the craftsmanship and materials of the 18th century.
