MICRO Shaper MP 400 #27050

This machine is used to profile, slot, rout, chamfer, trim and cut precision details on sides and long sections, for example doors, flaps, and housing components.

With a toothed belt drive, the motor is isolated from dust, and the tool runs in a double-ball-bearing spindle. By fitting cutters in the special triple-slit collets, you guarantee concentric running.

Cutter height is precisely adjusted by means of a handwheel, and is zero adjustable with a scale of 1 revolution = 1.0mm, and 1 division = 0.05mm. The sturdy, extruded and anodised aluminium table has a mitre gauge and parallel fence, as well as a cutter guard.
