For precision work, this ON/OFF foot switch is suitable for machines which have a maximum power capacity of 500W. Ideal for both portable and stationary machines. Housing is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon. The mains cord is 150cm in length and is fitted with an Australian mains 240 volt plug meeting AS3112:2011 and the 50cm output cord is fitted with an Australian standard 3-pin socket. The transformer is connected to the foot switch when using 12V machines.
A fully continuous earth is wired from the output socket to the mains plug, for proper grounding of 3-wire equipment.
Leaving your foot on the switch will keep it on - removing your foot will turn turn off the switch.
